In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winrups", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the winrups platform at winrups.net, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers, accesses, or uses the winrups platform.
• "Platform" means the winrups website at winrups.net, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional features, cashier functions, and account management tools accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with winrups.
• "Balance" refers to funds held in a Player's winrups account wallet, including real money balance, bonus balance, and free spin value where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by winrups prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by winrups.

By accessing the winrups platform, registering an account, or using any service offered by winrups, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the winrups platform.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the winrups Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and winrups governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

To register and maintain a winrups account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering or using the winrups platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. winrups reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with winrups. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If winrups identifies that a player holds more than one account, winrups reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your email address and password. winrups will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify winrups immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

winrups strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA significantly increases account security, winrups cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts that do not have 2FA enabled.

All activity conducted through your winrups account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. winrups will not reverse bets, wagers, or game results that occurred under your account credentials.

winrups processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. winrups reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your winrups account. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Before processing any withdrawal request, winrups requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section. winrups reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. winrups does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

winrups offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus rules that apply across all winrups promotions are set out below.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. winrups reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period if requirements are not met.
• winrups reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Attempting to abuse any winrups bonus — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or exploitation of promotional terms — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Free spins winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

winrups may require a minimum deposit to activate certain bonuses. Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately. winrups reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error regardless of whether associated wagering requirements have been met.

All casino games offered on the winrups platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual titles — are operated in accordance with the rules of each individual game as defined by the relevant software provider. winrups does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings beyond the parameters set by certified game providers.

All games on the winrups platform have been independently tested and certified for fairness by authorised testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate as provided by the respective software studios and are available for inspection within the game lobby.

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, server disconnections, or display anomalies — winrups reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. winrups's decision in all game malfunction disputes is final.

Live dealer game results are recorded and stored. In the event of a dispute, winrups will review the relevant footage and game logs to determine the correct outcome. Players may raise disputes within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The winrups sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, kabaddi, virtual sports, and other events as published in the betting lobby. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or event organiser. winrups reserves the right to use alternative official sources where the primary source is unavailable.
• Pre-match odds are fixed at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• winrups reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where clearly erroneous odds were published due to a pricing error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting slip before confirmation.
• Winnings on single bets and accumulator bets are subject to published maximum payout limits per event and per account per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook rules section.
• All PSL live betting markets are subject to standard cricket betting rules including provisions for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method calculations and abandonment policies.

winrups reserves the right to limit the bet amounts accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winrups platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with winrups games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, blackjack, or live dealer games.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or errors in any game for financial gain without reporting them to winrups support.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Using the winrups platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward winrups staff or other players in any communication channel.

winrups is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a suite of tools directly accessible from your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

winrups reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate a responsible gaming review on any account where patterns of play give cause for concern, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

All content on the winrups platform — including but not limited to the winrups name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of winrups or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winrups platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any winrups content without express written permission.

winrups collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a winrups account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

winrups implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. winrups will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

winrups may be required to disclose player information to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial crime authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of winrups's confidentiality obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the winrups platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses.

winrups does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. winrups will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits winrups's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

winrups reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party with legal standing.
• Any court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, winrups reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where evidence of breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance. Real money balances not connected to any breach may be returned to the player following completion of verification procedures at winrups's discretion.

winrups reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to their registered address or by prominent notice on the winrups platform. The effective date of the updated terms will be published at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the winrups platform following notification of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the winrups platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which winrups holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to winrups's customer support team for informal resolution. winrups will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
